The Union House will include 7 private sleeping rooms with common areas including; 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, communal table and lounge area, and work stalls. A gracious staircase and foyer will act as a curated gallery space for weekly art showings and artist talks.

The Union House currently offers raw work space to artists. Send us your proposal. We are interested in experimental work that relates to the house itself from a wide range of angles- heritage restoration, affordable lifestyles, “sharing” economies, social engagement, to name just a few.
