Each painting is a unique experience to me. A therapeutic approach to Art. My aim is self- expression and exposition of the contradictions within my own identity.

In my work, I am exploring both personal and social boundaries, and through the prism of personal storytelling I try to redefine them. My work is about exploring ideas and expressing emotions. Provoking and stimulating an emotional reaction from the audience is my ultimate goal, as I welcome them into my own version of reality.

This painting is my attempt of capturing the essence of the Moment in the awe of a sunset. When the sun is low on the horizon, sunlight passes through more air and a sunset is created; a colourful blast in front of your eyes. The beauty of nature sparkling glamorous once a day and few bother to look anymore. But when they do, they are overwhelmed with emotion. I am always curious about what thoughts run through people’s minds when losing themselves in the Moment of the amber wonder..
